The interest about Brugada syndrome, an inherited channelopathy associated with sudden cardiac death in individuals without structural heart disease, is exponentially increasing lately. Similarly to chameleon, the electrocardiographic (ECG) signal of the disease fluctuates over time, it is often concealed, and may be unmasked under certain conditions.
