This article makes an overview of the main findings after addressing the documentary diffusion as the sixth stage of the documentary management program in the Colombian context. It also presents the main products and discussions that resulted from the research project from a conceptual, procedural and practical point of view. Reference is also made to a brief theoretical framework related to diffusion and archive products, as a basic object of the research project, as well as the methodology and main activities developed by the research team
