However, despite broad consensus for "good science" in the regulatory context, there are significant differences of opinion over exactly what constitutes quality research. The collection of distin­guished speakers at the third annual Ryan Forum will explore current concerns over science and whose science counts in regulatory decision-making and litigation. 2:15 - 2:30 p.m. 2:30 - 4:15 p.m. Attending the 2009 Matthew J. Ryan Law & Public Policy Forum This symposium has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for 3.5 substantive credits. The petition must be signed by the lawyer. The Law School's CLE coordinator may waive or reduce the fee for the CLE program at his/her discretion.
