The six month report is available as an additional file to these minutes in Digital Commons@Georgia Southern.   Due to the needed time to advertise, it was decided to have the Open House on January 27. Ashley will compile the testimonials and confirm with Bede and Alva about the refreshments.  The new SelectedWorks interface will only brand profiles that list specific roles. It was decided to have the following branded: non-academic position, graduate student, non-faculty academic position, adjunct faculty member, industry professional, faculty member, emeritus faculty, and librarian. The only one that will not be branded is undergraduate student. It was discussed that the library currently does not offer to create profiles for students due to time constraints, but will be happy to help them create their own profiles. It was asked if we could customize the positions and Ashley stated she would ask the representative.   A discussion started on how we have promoted Digital Commons@Georgia Southern. It has been unclear where faculty and staff have heard about Digital Commons. It was decided to survey the liaisons on what elements of Digital Commons@Georgia Southern and scholarly communications faculty have expressed interest in.
