Abstract
光催化杀菌是一种高效、无毒、经济的杀菌方法,已成为当今的前沿研究热点。纳米Cu2O是一种窄带隙半导体,在可见光下产生的光生电子和空穴能直接和细胞组成分进行反应,或是光生电子或光生空穴与水或水中的溶氧反应,形成具有很强氧化能力的活性氧类高活性物质,穿透菌类的细胞壁进入胞体,阻止成膜物质的传输,阻断破坏其呼吸和电子传输系统,从而达到彻底杀菌的目的。本文采用本实验室在国内率先设计研发的光-热联用系统,国家自然科学基金(20963001,21273050,21573048); 广西高校科技研究项目(KY2015YB079)资
