Actoimyosinの解離と温度の關係に關する考察補遺

Abstract

In the earlier paper, T. Nagai has referred to that contrary to Szent-Gyorgyi\u27s interpretation, the association of AM is exothermic. Thereafter, a few inconsistent results conflicting with T. Nagai were known. The first is the difference between the behavior of viscosity of AM solution and glycerol muscle for the action of pyrophosphate etc., and the second is the experiment on the solubility of washed superprecipitant by Wood (1951). In the former, we have explaind that the behavior of glycerol muscle for pyrophosphate etc. is equal to that of AM solution, but it is inconsistent in appearance which is due\u27`to varying conditions such as the existence of structure and load and grade of cohesion. The latter has been reinvestigated and denied. Namely it has been confirmed that washed superprecipitant is soluble at 25℃ as well as 0℃ which is contrary to Wood. We have concluded that the association of AM is exothermic, confirming T. Nagai\u27s report
