Abstract
主要功能: X射线可穿透样品的高分辨(可达亚微米)无损三维成像(CT,计算机断层扫描成像)和直接数字成像(DR)。 特色: 1)采用开放靶,高分辨成像效率高; 2)集成平板探测器和光耦探测器,可实现127微米到亚微米分辨率的跨尺度成像; 3)支持DR、CT、螺旋和有限角、超视野等多种扫描模式; 4)适配驱替原位扫描装置,可实现6mm和25mm直径岩心的驱替原位扫描测试。 主要技术指标: 1)空间分辨率小于700纳米; 2)最大电压190kV,最大电流1毫安,最大发射功率80W,靶功率25W; 3)1920×1536 16位平板探测器+2048×2048 16位光耦探测器一键切换; 4)样品最大长度20CM,重量15千克
