They provide evidence required to support necessary institutional, regulatory and policy reforms, both at local and national levels, where urban population densities are rapidly intensifying. This final technical report illustrates processes and activities as well as the results achieved in the four demonstration countries, with reviews of project research, outputs, and outcomes, and including lessons learned and recommendations
