Abstract

Immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is a common problem in general practice. It is caused by autoantibody destroying platelet and disturbing megakaryocytes production.  Clinical presentation is variable from abnormal platelet count, bleeding disorder and fatal hemorrhage.
