Abstract
Kroz diplomski rad obrađena je tematika prijevoznih i špediterskih usluga. U uvodnom dijelu rada pojašnjene su logističke i špediterske aktivnosti koje su neophodne pri provođenju logističkih procesa. U nastavku su navedeni osnovni eksploatacijski pokazatelji pri pružanju prijevozne usluge uz tehničke značajke pridružene pojedinim kategorijama teretnih vozila. Također, u poglavlju su prikazani trendovi pri pružanju prijevoznih usluga u Europskoj uniji. Sljedeće poglavlje veže se uz problematiku outsourcinga, pridružene faze implementacije, osnovne značajke i sl. U sljedeća dva poglavlja provedena je analiza postojećih procesa ugovaranja i odabira vanjskog davatelja prijevoznih usluga, uz provođenje istih, te su predložene mogućnosti poboljšanja navedenih aktivnosti unutar tvrtke Lidl Hrvatska d.o.o. k.d.Through the graduate thesis the theme of transport and freight forwarding was discussed. Logistic and forwarding activities are explained in the introductory part of the paper, which are necessary in conduction of logistic processes. Further are explained basics of exploitation indicators for providing transport services, along with the technical features associated with certain categories of freight vehicles. Also, the chapter presents trends regarding transport services in the European Union. The next chapter deals with issues of outsourcing, associated implementation phases, key features, etc. In the following two chapters are included both an analysis of the existing contract composing, selection and implementation process of external service providers, and suggested possibilities of improving these activities within Lidl Hrvatska d.o.o. k.d
