Abstract
Radiotelefonska komunikacija (RTF) između zemaljskih stanica te zrakoplova predstavlja srž današnjeg zrakoplovstva, organizacije zračnog prostora i samog letenja zrakoplova. Ujedno, radiotelefonska komunikacija predstavlja i velik rizik, koji ovisi o znanjima u pogledu korištenja radiotelefonske komunikacije, ali i poznavanju i stručnosti u korištenju engleskog jezika. Kako bi se rizik sveo na minimum, postoje brojni zakoni, propisi, dokumenti i pravilnici koji strogo definiraju i reguliraju frazeologiju. Kroz ovaj rad analizirane su pogreške koje su studenti Fakulteta prometnih znanosti, preddiplomskog modula civilni piloti učinili tijekom školskih letova pri Hrvatskom zrakoplovnom nastavnom središtu (HZNS) čija se središnjica nalazi na aerodromu Lučko u naselju Ježdovec. Snimljena je komunikacija tijekom tri leta trojice studenata s podjednakim brojem sati naleta digitalnim snimačem zvučnih zapisa. Letovi su potom transkribirani, te naposljetku analizirani. Analizirane pogreške potom su ispravljene, i zamijenjene propisanim frazama.Radiotelephony communication between air and ground stations is the core of today's aviation, air traffic management (ATM) and the aircraft flight. Radiotelephony communication could also be presented as a hidden risk which depends on the radiotelephony phraseology knowledge, but also the level of the English language proficiency. To minimize the risk, there are lots of laws, regulations, documents and other standard practices to make the phraseology system function. This thesis is based on the analysis of errors which have been made by pilot students during their training flights in the Croatian Aviation Training Centre (HZNS), which is a part of the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Sciences, at the undergraduate studies, civil pilot module. The headquarters are located at Lučko airfield, in the suburbs of Zagreb, village Ježdovec. Three flights, conducted by students who had approximately the same number of flight hours, have been recorded with a digital audio recorder. The flights were then transcripted and analysed. Analyzed errors were corrected, and replaced with the correct phrases
