高压气体解吸速度分析系统

Abstract
主要功能: 测定粉体、块状固体等多种材料对高压气体的解吸速度。实验进行时,前3-10秒游离气体解吸量,游离气体与解吸气体自动切换,中前期瞬时解吸速度及解吸量,后期尾气解吸速度及解吸量,所有气体全收集。 特色: 1)可以自动无泄漏收集游离气体、解吸气体以及尾气,并实现自动转换收集; 2)可实现对整个解吸过程中解吸速度的自动监控和记录; 3)可准确获得游离气体量、解吸气体量和尾气量,解吸率终值; 4)最终可以得到解吸时间与解吸速度曲线,解吸时间与解吸量曲线; 5)可与高压吸附仪联合开展吸附和解吸附测试,也可单独开展实验。 主要技术指标: 1)压力范围:常压到69MPa; 2)测试气体:氮气、甲烷、二氧化碳等; 3)游离集气量管:最大集气量:17.3 L; 精度:0.0066 L; 4)解吸集气量管:最大集气量:6.9 L; 精度:0.0025 L; 5)尾气集气量管:最大集气量:2.7 L; 精度:0.0009L; 6)解吸速度范围:自动记录范围:0.05 L/min~6 L/min,分辨率0.1%FS,准确性±1%读数;人工记录0 L/min~1 L/min,读数误差9×10-4L
