Relations and activities carried out by voluntary organizations are defined responsibilities and participation in community life. In this case, stability is a key factor - if you create permanent friendly relations, the result of frequent meetings, the need increases the likelihood that the volunteers started to interact more difficult to stand out, it will improve the overall work, and the team is likely to leave the organization a long time. Volunteering gives people the power. They acquire experience, feel satisfaction in their work, depending on age, gender and other characteristics that distinguish people from one another. Volunteerism strengthens the relationship between individuality, which is a strong social basis of society. Voluntary work helps create a sense of citizenship.
