SLAVKOV - REVITALISATION OF BONAPARTE CENTER

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the revitalisation of community centre Bonaparte in Slavkov u Brna. Architectural design of the reconstruction of historical building “Záložna“ and new building in the gap in between houses brings new attractive functions into the historical city core. It aims for renewal of the values of historical object and at the same time tries to achieve the contemporary architectural expression in material solution, respecting the scale of historical environment
