Education is a long process that takes place continuously. Education has a goal as a starting point in one's journey. The education that is undertaken cannot be separated from classroom management conducted by the teacher. Professional teachers are required to manage and be able to implement innovative and fun learning so that students do not feel bored in the classroom. This study aims to (1) describe the implementation of innovative and fun classroom management at SD Muhammadiyah Suruh Semarang Regency; (2) identifying constraints in innovative and fun classrooms at SD Muhammadiyah Suruh Semarang Regency; (3) finding solutions in running innovative and fun classes at SD Muhammadiyah Suruh Semarang Regency. This research is a qualitative research, with a descriptive presentation. Sources of research data are principals, class teachers and students. Data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data validity uses triangulation of sources and techniques. Data analysis uses an interactive model of Miles and Huberman, with stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed (1) the implementation of innovative and fun classroom management namely by choosing the right strategies and media and the teacher must be active in managing the class; (2) constraints in class management namely students who lose control of their emotions or often forget the rules of the class and the lack of teacher's confidence in managing the class so students do not want to listen to the teacher's explanation; (3) the solution with the teacher is to motivate students, as well as the teacher to reprimand students who are not doing well, so that the students' bad behavior is not sustainable. As well as the teacher intersperse with games or yells so students do not feel bored
