This study aims to determine the interpersonal communication process of
Javanese culture-based headmaster in Elementary school 1 Patalan Blora and
determine the constraints and solutions experienced in interpersonal communication
of Javanese culture-based principals in Elementary school Patalan Blora. The
method used in this study uses qualitative research, with data analysis using a
descriptive analysis approach that aims to describe and integrate the meaning of the
data obtained. The data collection techniques in this study used interview,
observation, and data collection techniques. Furthermore, in the use of theory, the
writer uses literacy about communication, interpersonal communication based on
Javanese culture's principal at Elementary school 1 Patalan Blora
Based on the research results obtained show that: the interpersonal
communication process based on the principal of Javanese culture in Elementary
school 1 Patalan Blora includes understanding according to the principal,
implementation, delivery techniques, impact, media, and the relationship of teachers
with the principal. And knowing the obstacles and solutions experienced in
interpersona communication based on Javanese culture-based principals in
Elementary school 1 Patalan Blora lead to the time or when the headmaster
communicates with the teacher, the solutions provided to overcome the constraints
obtained are by providing motivation to teachers
