Starting, Travelling & Colliding Vortices: DBD Plasma in Quiescent Air

Abstract

Development and interaction of starting vortices initiated by Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD) plasma actuators in quiescent air are illustrated in the attached fluid dynamics videos.
