Abstract

This book speaks generally about Kenya socity, Sawahly culture and art, the immigration and other groups from Emirates, Oman and Hadramot to eastern Africa and their interactions with the citizens. It also speaks about the mixed cultures that developed as a result of the immigration, about the tourists coming from Europe and America, the role of art and music in the socity and how it solved its problems. In addition to that it speaks about Kamaro the musican and his musics effect in the socity and how he converted to christanity, besides the political conflicts in Africa, it as well speaks about youth and how they denied their traditional culture. Finally this book also speaks about identity and its importance
