Rola rodziców w rewalidacji dziecka ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi

Abstract

The interest in health promotion in family and domestic rehabilitation has grown recently. The present article discusses the aspects of responsibility parents take for child rehabilitation. The parents, as the therapists of their own child in the process of revalidation, are obliged to let their child develop as well as they can. Parents should decrease the constant support systematically so as not to lead to the learned helplessness. They should also be aware of the fact that their child is not to fulfill their expectations and meet their needs, but it is an individual and autonomous person. In order to illustrate the main issues in brief, the article presents a few cases of children with special educational needs
