Penatalaksanaan Fisioterapi Pada Kasus Pasca Operasi Fraktur Radius 1/3 Distal Sinistra di RSUD Ir. Soekarno Sukoharjo

Abstract

Fractures or better known as fractures, namely loss of continuity of bone, joint cartilage, epiphyseal cartilage, both total and partial. Fractures in 1/3 distal often occur due to trauma due to accidents while doing activities at home. For some people it will be hampered for their daily activities. In this case the modalities given are Infra Red and assisted active exercise. To determine the management of physiotherapy in reducing pain and increasing the scope of joint motion in patients with a 1/3 distal radial fracture. After 4 sessions of Physiotherapy, the result was a decrease in tenderness T0: 2,3 to T4: 1,3 and motion pain T0: 5,8 to be T4: 4,1. Increased Active LGS T0: S: 25-0-30 F: 5-0-10 becomes T4: S: 35-0-40 F: 10 - 0- 15 and Passive LGS T0: S: 50-0-60 F: 20-0-30 to T4: S: 50-0-60 F: 20-0-30. It can be concluded that given modalities with exercise therapy and a little Infra Red can help reduce pain and increase Joint Scope
