(Received 10 May 1976) The molecular beam electric resonance method has been used to obtain dipole moments, ~v' lithium quadrupole interaction constants, eqQ, spin-rotation interaction constants, cF and eLi' and spin-spin . . d .~: 6L.l9F d 7L.l9F . 1 f 1nteract1on constants, c3 an c4, ~or 1 an 1 . 1n severa o the lower vibrational levels. The observation of spectra for the three lowest vibrational states resulted in the following values.
