Abstract
本发明涉及一种基于CPS的火箭发动机装配线管控系统,包括:感知控制层、网络层、决策应用层;所述感知控制层,用于将生产线装配工位的信息数据发送至网络层;所述网络层,用于采用WIA‑FA无线模块和WIA‑FA网关实现感知控制层与决策应用层之间的数据传输;所述决策应用层,用于存储网络层采集的信息数据,通过数据处理和分析并显示结果,发出指令至网络层。本发明的应用可满足未来火箭发动机装配任务多样化、数量装配不断增长和装配质量不断提高的需求
