Identifying, naming and classifying the documentation makes it easier for health organizations to monitor sanitary processes. The filing plan ensures easy and quick access to records and is a powerful tool to ensure the availability of clinical informations for safety and quality healthcare. The conservation plan integrated in the filing plan allows to optimise resources devoted to management, preservation and archiving of the documents through precise and timely discard at disposition time
