Sociedad civil en red y gobernanza de la Agenda 2030

Abstract

This article shows that Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) networks enhance 2030 governance by allowing the inclusion of topics in the agenda-setting process. At the same time, they were pivotal for the formulation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) by providing key information. Based on their value offer, they are able to develop the monitoring and evaluation of the current proposals of the SDGs for the second fifteen-year period of the 21st century. This conclusion was reached after the analysis of data collected from websites of intergovernmental organizations, public institutions and CSOs (June 2013 to June 2016), supported with academic papers.Este artículo muestra que las redes de las Organizaciones de la Sociedad Civil (OSC) potencian la gobernanza del 2030 al lograr la inclusión de temas en la Agenda 2030. Simultáneamente, fueron pilares en la formulación de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS), al proveer información clave. Su oferta de valor es insumo de base para el monitoreo y la evaluación de la apuesta planteada para el segundo quindenio del siglo XXI.
