El cuidado de la piel en mujeres con cáncer de seno que reciben radioterapia, es actualmente, una hazaña en enfermería oncológica para evitar; tanto la interrupción del tratamiento radioterapéutico a causa de la radiodermatitis, como la alteración de la calidad de vida de las pacientes. Ésta revisión documental selecciona evidencia sobre tratamientos tópicos farmacológicos eficaces, para prevenir y/o tratar la radiodermatitis en éstas pacientes.The care of the skin in women with breast cancer who receive radiotherapy is, at the moment, a feat in oncologic nursing to avoid; either the interruption of the radiotherapeutic treatment because of the radiodermatitis, as well the alteration of the quality of life from the patients.
