El presente trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo general analizar los elementos político, administrativo y social de la Política Pública de Mujer y Géneros del Distrito Capital desde los antecedentes para su formulación, implementación e implicaciones para la Salud. Para su logro se realizó un estudio de tipo histórico que permitió la reconstrucción de algunos hechos sociales relacionados con la formulación de la Política Pública en mención; aplicando, tres de los ocho pasos método de Bardach. Entre los resultados se destaca que, como parte del sistema político, entendido como los acuerdos de los actores sociales de la ciudad, se concretaron acuerdos de diferentes sectores que se concretaron en normas distritales que regulan la vida ciudadana con enfoque de género. En el sistema administrativo, se contemplaron las acciones de las organizaciones encargadas de reconocer, vigilar y hacer cumplir la Política Pública de Mujer y Géneros en el Distrito Capital y en el sistema social, se reconocen las estrategias, programas y acciones, adelantados en cada área de acción de la Política. En cuanto a las implicaciones en salud, cabe destacar que se dirigen especialmente a la promoción de la equidad de género en la gestión, situación y atención en salud.The general objective of the current degree project is to analyze the policital, management and social elements of Gender and Women's Public Politics of the Capital District from the backgrounds for its formulation, implementation and implications for the Health. For their achievement it was carried out a study of historical type that allowed the reconstruction of some social facts related with the formulation of th Public Politics in mention; applying three out of eight steps from the Bardach ́s method. Among the results it stands out that, like part of the political system, understand as the agreements of the social actors of the city, the agreements of different sectors were materialsed in norms distritales that regulate the civic life with focus of gender. In the administrative system, the actions of the organizations were contemplated in charge of recognizing, to watch over and to enforcement Gender and Women's Public Politics in the Capital District and in the social system, the strategies, programs and actions are recognized, advanced in each area of action of the Politics. As for the implications in health, it is worth mentioning that they go especially aimed to the promotion of the gender fairness in the management, situation and attention in health.
