At first glance the cover of this book displays six cute little puppets, staring at the reader 
with their beady eyes. These six characters are not merely cute illustrations, but are 
representatives of the six personality dimensions, investigated by Anita de Vries. She 
studied whether personality traits can predict academic and work performance. Every 
person fits one of the personality dimensions. From left to right the cover pertains to 
Conscientiousness, Integrity, Emotionality, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Openness to
