L’article se propose de réfléchir aux « humanités » et à « la culture humaniste » à partir du concept de discipline scolaire : puisque les humanités ne sont pas (plus ?) une discipline, quels rapports entretiennent-elles avec la discipline français, qui est en partie leur héritière, mais qui a également contribué à les redéfinir ? Et comment articuler la notion de « culture humaniste » issue du socle commun aux configurations actuelles de la discipline (primaire et secondaire) ?The article intends to take the discipline of French as a starting point in order to analyse «the humanities» and «humanist culture».
