The role of churches and importance of religiosity in the re-entry care: Evaluation of a questionnaire investigating the volunteers writing to the prisoners

Abstract

The report is a first outcome of the project "Role of Churches and the Importance of Religiosity in the Re-entry Care in the Czech Republic" supported by the Czech Academy of Sciences. An evaluation of a questionnaire investigating the Czech volunteers writing to the prisoners is reported. The main topic of the report is the intersection of such activity with religion and faith. Further, the report informs about motivations of the volunteers and aims to sketch a profile of the volunteer writing to prisoners. \n\
