    ໊ඟﻣﺎن ﭘﺰﺷਔﯽ ﻋ࢖ﻮم دا஺ه  رازي ﻣﺎﻣﺎﻳﻲ و ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎري داﻧﺸﻜﺪه  ﻣﺎﻣﺎﻳﻲ در ﻣﺸﺎوره رﺷﺘﻪ در ارﺷﺪ ﻛﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﻲ درﺟﻪ درﻳﺎﻓﺖ ﺟﻬﺖ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﭘﺎﻳﺎن    ﻋﻨﻮان: ﺷﻴﺮده زﻧﺎن ﻲﺟﻨﺴ ﺖﻴﻤﻴﺻﻤ ﺑﺮ ﻲآﻣﻮزﺷ ﻲرواﻧ ﮔﺮوﻫﻲ ﻣﺸﺎوره ﺮﻴﺗﺎﺛ ﻲﺑﺮرﺳ 6931 ﺳﺎل در رﻓﺴﻨﺠﺎن ﻲدرﻣﺎﻧ ﻲﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘ ﻣﺮاﻛﺰ ﺑﻪ ﻛﻨﻨﺪه ﺮاﺟﻌﻪﻣ    ﺗﻮﺳﻂ: زﻫﺮا اﻛﺒﺮي ﻧﮋاد    ﻋﻠﻴﺪوﺳﺘﻲ ﻛﺘﺎﻳﻮن راﻫﻨﻤﺎ: اﺳﺘﺎد   اﺳﺪاﻟﻬﻲ زﻫﺮا، ﻗﺮﺷﻲ زﻫﺮه دﻛﺘﺮ ﻣﺸﺎور: اﺳﺘﺎدان    7931-89ﺳﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﻴﻠﻲ     ﭼﻜﻴﺪهﻛﻪ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ  ﻳﺎﺑﺪ دﻫﻨﺪ ﭘﺲ از زاﻳﻤﺎن ﻣﻴﻞ ﺟﻨﺴﻲ زﻧﺎن ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﻲ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎت ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲ ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ و اﻫﺪاف:ﻫﺎي ﺟﻠﻮﮔﻴﺮي از ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﺻﻤﻴﻤﻴﺖ ﺟﻨﺴﻲ ﭘﺲ از زاﻳﻤﺎن ﺿﺮوري ﺑﻪ  ﺷﻮد، ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﻳﻦ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ روش ﺻﻤﻴﻤﻴﺖ ﺟﻨﺴﻲ زوﺟﻴﻦ ﻣﻲ ﻧﺨﺴﺖ زاﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺗﻌﻴﻴﻦ ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﺸﺎوره ﮔﺮوﻫﻲ رواﻧﻲ آﻣﻮزﺷﻲ ﺑﺮ ﺻﻤﻴﻤﺖ ﺟﻨﺴﻲ زﻧﺎن  ﭘﮋوﻫﺶاز اﻳﻨﺮو رﺳﺪ. ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻲ   ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ.ﻧﺨﺴﺖ زن  07ي زﻧﺎن زاﻳﻤﺎن ﻛﺮده ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن رﻓﺴﻨﺠﺎن اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺗﻌﺪاد  ﻪ ﻳﻚ ﻛﺎرآزﻣﺎﻳﻲ ﺑﺎﻟﻴﻨﻲ در ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪاﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌ روش:ﮔﻴﺮي آﺳﺎن از دو ﻣﺮﻛﺰ ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺘﻲ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب و ﺑﺎ روش ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﻲ ﺳﺎده ﺑﻪ دو ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ و ﻛﻨﺘﺮل ﺗﻘﺴﻴﻢ  ي ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﻴﻮه زاﻨﺴﻲ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. اﺑﺘﺪا ﻫﺮ دو ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ و ﻛﻨﺘﺮل ي ﺻﻤﻴﻤﻴﺖ ﺟﻨﺴﻲ  ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﺻﻤﻴﻤﻴﺖ ﺟ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﺳﺎﻋﺘﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮاﻟﻲ ﻫﺮ ﻫﻔﺘﻪ  ﻳﻚﺟﻠﺴﻪ آﻣﻮزﺷﻲ  6ي ﺻﻤﻴﻤﻴﺖ ﺟﻨﺴﻲ را ﺗﻜﻤﻴﻞ ﻛﺮدﻧﺪ، ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﻪ اﻓﺮاد ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ  ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪي آﻣﻮزﺷﻲ ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ، از اﻓﺮاد ﻫﺮ دو ﮔﺮوه ﺧﻮاﺳﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ ﺗﺎ دوﺑﺎره  ﻳﻚ ﺟﻠﺴﻪ آﻣﻮزش داده ﺷﺪ. ﭘﺲ از ﭘﺎﻳﺎن دوره  ي ﺻﻤﻴﻤﻴﺖ ﺟﻨﺴﻲ را ﺗﻜﻤﻴﻞ ﻛﻨﻨﺪ. ﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﭘﺮ ± 9/72ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ آزﻣﻮن ﻴﺶ در ﭘ و ﻛﻨﺘﺮل ﻧﻤﺮات ﺻﻤﻴﻤﻴﺖ ﺟﻨﺴﻲ ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪو اﻧﺤﺮاف ﻣﻌﻴﺎر ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ  ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ:و  801/09 ± 4/37ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ و ﻧﻤﺮات دو ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ و ﻛﻨﺘﺮل در ﭘﺲ آزﻣﻮن ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ  49/03 ± 9/11و  59/64داري ﺑﻴﻦ ﻣﻴﺎﻧﮕﻴﻦ ﻧﻤﺮات  ، اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﻲ( p< 0/100) آزﻣﻮن رج ﻛﺮدن ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻧﻤﺮات ﭘﻴﺶﭘﺲ از ﺧﺎ اﺳﺖ. 39/63 ± 9/00ي ﮔﺮوﻫﻲ  ي ﺗﺎﺛﻴﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﻣﺸﺎوره آزﻣﻮن وﺟﻮد دارد ﻛﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن دﻫﻨﺪه ﺻﻤﻴﻤﻴﺖ ﺟﻨﺴﻲ دو ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ و ﻛﻨﺘﺮل در ﭘﺲ  .( p< 0/100)ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﻣﻲدر ﮔﺮوه ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ و اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻧﻤﺮات ﺻﻤﻴﻤﻴﺖ ﺟﻨﺴﻲ اﻳﻦ ﮔﺮوه  ﻧﺨﺴﺖ زاﺑﺮ ﺻﻤﻴﻤﻴﺖ ﺟﻨﺴﻲ زﻧﺎن ﺗﻮان زوﺟﻴﻦ را  آﻣﻮزﺷﻲ در زﻧﺎن ﭘﺲ از زاﻳﻤﺎن ﻣﻲ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺸﺎوره رواﻧﻲ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺑﺮﮔﺰاري دوره ﻧﺘﻴﺠﻪ ﮔﻴﺮي:  ﻣﻨﺪي زﻧﺎﺷﻮﻳﻲ ﺑﻴﻦ آﻧﺎن ﺟﻠﻮﮔﻴﺮي ﻧﻤﻮد. آﮔﺎه ﻧﻤﻮد و از ﻛﺎﻫﺶ ﺻﻤﻴﻤﻴﺖ ﺟﻨﺴﻲ و ﻛﺎﻫﺶ رﺿﺎﻳﺖ:يﺪﻴﻠﻛ تﺎﻤﻠﻛ ﻤﺻﻴﻤﻴﺖ ﺴﻨﺟﺖﺴﺨﻧ نﺎﻧز ،نﺎﻤﻳاز زا ﺲﭘ ،ﻲ  ،ازهروﺎﺸﻣ  ﻲﻫوﺮﮔﻧاورﻲ ﺷزﻮﻣآنﺎﺠﻨﺴﻓر ،ﻲ   Abstract	Background: Different research suggests that after  childbirth (delivery), the female libido decreases, leading to a reduction in sexual intimacy of Couples, so examining methods to prevent sexual desire loss after childbirth is necessary. This study was a clinical trial in the statistical society of obstetric women in Rafsanjan city. Methods: 70 postpartum women were selected by convenience sampling from two health centers with convenience randomly divided into intervention and control groups. Sexual intimacy questionaries was used to measure sexual intimacy. First, both intervention and control groups completed sexual intimacy questionaries, and then the intervention group received 6 educational sessions of two hours with sequences one session every week. After the end of the intervention group's training period, both groups were asked to complete the sexual intimacyquestionari again. Results: The mean and standard deviation of sexual intimacy scores of the intervention and control group at pre - test are 95.46±9.27 and 94.30 ±9.11, respectively, and the scores of the intervention and control groups in Post-test are 108.90±4.73 and 93.36±9.00 respectively. after removing the effect of pre-test scores (p<0.001), there is a significant difference between the mean sexual intimacy scores of two intervention and control groups, indicating the positive effect of group counseling on the sexual intimacy and increasing the group's sexual intimacy scores (p<0.001). Conclusion: With the use of psychological counseling courses in women after childbirth, couples can be notified and prevent the decrease of sexual intimacy and sexual satisfaction.
