Matriz de selección de estrategias de integración en las cadenas de suministro

Abstract

In the current moments, the companies cannot compete for if alone, but rather they should be integrated with other actors to stay in the market in a competitive way. Due to this change in the business a strategy is needed that potency this managerial interrelation. The present work approaches the relevance of a strategy of collaborative planning for the achievement of the integration in supply chains. For it, it is appealed to theoretical exhibition of the types of strategies that exist in the literature, and this way to demonstrate the absence of a tool that facilitates the selection of the strategy and the objectives in function of the collaboration among actors. Through a case of application in alimentary two chains is evidenced the practical utility and the relevancy of this thematic one. The first case of study is developed in the context of Cuba and the second case of Mexico, each one with its particularities. You concludes that the instrument for the selection of the types of strategies is adapted to different contexts of supply chains.En los momentos actuales, las empresas no pueden competir por si solas, sino que se deben integrar con otros actores para mantenerse en el mercado de forma competitiva. Debido a este cambio en los negocios se necesita una estrategia que contribuya a la interrelación empresarial. El presente trabajo aborda la relevancia de una estrategia de planificación colaborativa para el logro de la integración en cadenas de suministro.  Para ello, se recurre a exposición teórica de los tipos de estrategias que existen en la literatura, y así demostrar la ausencia de una herramienta que posibilite la selección de la estrategia y los objetivos en función de la colaboración entre actores. Se aplica a un caso de estudio en el contexto de Cuba y otro en México, y se concluye que el instrumento se adecua a diferentes contextos donde se desarrollen las cadenas de suministros
