La pregunta por el sujeto de la discapacidad en un devenir histórico

Abstract

This paper shows a first doctoral thesis, which although is in its development process allows me to share and open a space for reflection in terms of: the relevance of dialogue with the question of the subject of disability, from setup to the possibility that this would look and listen to the speech of disability, not the disorder but from the subject that becomes in that speech. A subject that constitutes the link with others, and in the language, but which do not realize because it is canceled when the medical, the rehabilitative, equality, efficiency and legal, prioritize disability. In this prioritization, are contradictory aspects that point to the inclusion of people with disabilities, but for discursive effects, seems to return to exclusion. An exclusion that is manifested by a pressing o equality, where differences are set aside, a "abnormality" to be closer to the norm, a "One" that precedes the "other". The dialogue between the question of the subject and the discourses about disability are discharged, shall be permitted on a stage and historical moment in which gestate and emerge. For this approach, we use authors as Lacan, Foucault, Heidegger and Filinch, have contributed to the idea of the subject and discoursEste artículo muestra un primer trabajo de tesis doctoral, que aunque está en proceso su elaboración, me permite compartir y abrir un espacio de reflexión en cuanto a: la pertinencia de dialogar con la pregunta por el Sujeto de la discapacidad, desde su configuración hasta la posibilidad que esto traería de mirar y escuchar el discurso de la discapacidad, no desde el trastorno, sino desde el Sujeto que deviene en ese discurso. Un Sujeto que se constituye en el vínculo con los otros, por y en el lenguaje, pero del cual no se da cuenta, ya que es anulado cuando lo médico, lo rehabilitatorio, la igualdad, la eficacia y lo legal, priorizan la discapacidad. En esta priorización, entran en contradicción aspectos que apuntan a la inclusión de las personas con discapacidad, pero que por efectos discursivos, pareciera que retornan a la exclusión. Una exclusión que se manifiesta por: una imperante de igualdad, donde las diferencias quedan de lado; una �anormalidad� que habrá de acercarse a la norma; de un �Uno� que se antepone al �otro�. El diálogo entre la pregunta por el Sujeto y los discursos que sobre la discapacidad se vierten, habrá de permitirse en un escenario y momento histórico en el cual se gestan y emergen.
