Abstract

These data demonstrate that MyD88 signaling in innate myeloid cells plays an important role on disease propagation and exacerbation in the IMQ-induced model of psoriasis. However, MyD88 signaling is dispensable for the initiation of keratinocyte-mediated inflammatory responses
