Developing the typical dairy products of the Bekaa and Baalbeck-Hermel: diagnosis and local strategy

This diagnosis report includes an overview of the dairy chain, the analysis of the results of field survey with producers, the identification of typical dairy products with their production specifications and information on the domestic market
