Second-order nonlinearity distribution in a doped silica glass multilayered structure

Abstract

Corona poling of a multilayered stack of phosphorus-doped and undoped silica glass layers on a fused silica substrate results in the formation of two 8 m-wide nonlinear regions located near both surfaces of the sample
