Abstract

It is hoped that in this study students\u27 and teachers\u27 opinions of the Phase Elective Program can be evaluated. The study examines the following questions: 1. Do teachers and students feel that the classroom instruction has improved in the nine-week phases? 2. Does the Phase Elective Program capitalize on teacher expertise? 3. Do teachers and students feel that the Phase Elective Program meets the students\u27 educational needs and interests better than the traditional program
