It was the purpose of this investigation to measure the extent of the elementary school child\u27s growth in certain fields, and to determine the relation of various factors to this growth. Every child has his own potentialities. It is the responsibility of the school to furnish him the best possible opportunity to develop these potentialities to the utmost, for the child, himself, as an individual, and for society
