" Each year we bring together approximately 600 educational leaders from across the state for a three day meeting and at this time study our problems and seek solutions. This year our theme is Blueprinting the Future for the Tennessee Education Association , One of the highlights of this meeting is a banquet that features quite a serious address but along with it goes a "toastmaster with the light touch who adds fun to the occasion with the dignity necessary for the occasion." This year the meeting is to be at Tennessee Polytechnic and the banquet will be on Friday evening at 6:00 P.M., June 7. We would like very much to have you serve in this capacity for us. Leonard Crawford is campus coordinator for this event . He has attended many of our previous meetings and can supply further information. I would appreciate having an answer from you very soon, so that our program may be completed. I will furnish you a list of people and their positions if they are to be intreduced as I did for Student NEA. May we hear from you soon. Thank you for your cooperation.
