HEARTMTNDEMON: Mourning Ritual

Abstract

Using performance, video, and installation, I explore the horrors of contemporary culture as well as horrors of the past. Research into my family\u27s internment in the Heart Mountain concentration camp weaves into a narrative about Asian stereotypes, self-identification, and contemplation about the best course of action moving forward
