Aplikasi Perekrutan dan Penempatan Karyawan Baru Berbasis Web (Studi Kasus PT Bfi Finance Indonesia Tbk)

Abstract

The web-based New Employee Recruitment and Placement Application could be used as a solution to handle recruitment process in company. This application could control recruitment process from request new employee phase, selection phase until placement for hired employee. The other hand this application could help to process relevant recruitment report with data integration system. In this study, author discusses how to build the web-base New Employee Recruitment and Placement Application in PT BFI Finance Indonesia, Tbk with system analytic methodology used is S.W.O.T and and system development methodology is RAD which includes stages of requirement planning, system design and implementation. The result of this study is system the web-based new employee recruitment and placement application sytem to help company to control recruitment process from branch offices and HC Regional offices and to help employee candidates in registration vacancy proces
