We have no report from the Road Commissioners^ and consequently have no means of ascertaining how the money has been expended that was raised for the repairs, and making of Roads, the past year. It is to be regretted that Officers of the Town, haying the disbursements of so large an amount of funds, should fail to make a report of their doings, agreeably to the By-Laws.
