Discrete-time Queuewith Batch Geometric Arrivals and Retention of Reneging Customers

Abstract

This paper considers adiscrete-time queueing system with batch geometric arrivals, in which customers may renege and reneging customers may be retained. The steady state distribution of the number of customers in the system is derived
