Abstract

This is the concert program of the Boston University Symphony Orchestra performance on Thursday, May 4, 1989 at 8:00 p.m., at the Tsai Performance Center, 685 Commonwealth Avenue. Works performed were Sinfonia from Cantata BWV 42 "Am Abend aber desselbigen Sabbaths" by Johann Sebastian Bach, Concerto for Cello and Orchestra in A minor, Op. 129 by Robert Schumann, and Symphony No. 4 in E-flat major "Romantic" by Anton Bruckner.
