Abstract

This is the concert program of the Boston University Wind Ensemble and Jazz Lab Band performance on Friday, October 16, 1987 at 8:00 p.m., at the Concert Hall, 855 Commonwealth Avenue. Works performed were Original Suite by Gordon Jacob, Variations on a Korean Folk Song by JOhn Barnes Chance, Irish Tune from County Derry and Shepherds Hey by Percy Aldridge Grainger, Theme and Fantasia by Armand Russell, Flight to Nassau by Sammy Nestico, Four Brothers by Jimmy Giuffre, Consummation by Thad Jones, and The Diver by Matt Harris.
