Abstract

This is the concert program of the Boston University Concert and Big Band performance on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at 8:00 p.m., at the Tsai Performance Center, 685 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts. Works performed were Selections from Othello by Alfred Reed, "O mio babbino caro" from Gianni Schicchi by Giacomo Puccini, "Air des bijoux" from Faust by Charles Gounod, Selections from West Side Story by Leonard Bernstein, Final Scene from Swan Lake by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Bandancing by Jack Stamp, Danza Final from Estancia, Op. 8 by Alberto Ginastera, Peri's Scopre by Bill Evans, Always and Forever by Pat Metheny, and Hourglasses by Neil Slater.
