L L O Y D JONES, JR.—Mr. Jones dates his interest in dramatics ixick to his undergraduate days at the University of Delaware where he w a s a n active member of the " E 52 Players." Since coming to Ursinus he has been active in much extra-curricular work including, of course. Curtain Club activities. He made his dramatic debut at Ursinus as one of the exhumed corpses in "Arsenic and Old Lace." In 1952, he co-directed "Death Takes a Holiday" and has been faculty co-ordin-ator of the Student Faculty Show for the past three years. He is also a member of Alpha Psi Omega. ED A B R A M S O N — T h e student director of " A l l My Sons" is cer-tainly not a new-comer to the Ursinus stage. Hailing from Philadelphia, Ed, a senior physics major, has directed as wel l as acted in many Cur-tain Club plays. He appeared in the one-act plays "Suppressed De-sires" and "The Flattering Word," and he w a s director of "Period House." E d wrote, directed and played one of the leading roles in last year 's Junior Show, "High Class Stuff." He w a s also featured in "Light Up the Sky , " "The Philadelphia Story," "Death Takes a Holiday" and "Two Blind Mice." Ed is President of the Curtain Q u b this year and is an active member of Sigma Rho Lambda fraternity and Alpha Psi Omega, the national dramatic fraternity. Scott Taylor SYNOPSIS OF SCENES A C T I The back yard of the Keller home in the outskirts of a n American town. August, 1947. A C T I I Scene, as before. The same evening, a s twilight falls. A C T I I I Scene, as before. Two o'clock the following morning. Produced by special arrangement with Dramatists Play Service. Inc. THE LEADS G E N E G R E E N B E R G — W i t h his portrayal of Joe Keller, Gene Green-berg w i l l be playing his first major role in Curtain Club productions. His only other stage appearance here w a s his outstanding performance in the supporting role of Senator Kruger in "Two Blind Mice" last spring. Gene is a junior biology major whose home is in Great Neck, Long Is-land. Among his other activities at Ursinus, he is kept busy with the Spirit Committee, Pre-Med Society and the track team. MIZZ TEST—Mizz has been active in Curtain Club activities since her freshman year, when she worked on staging and properties com-mittees. Her acting debut on the Ursinus stage came in the one-act comedy, "Don't Feed the Animals . " She followed up this success by playing the Princess of San Luca in "Death Takes a Holiday," the fal l production in 1952. At present she is co-leader of Group I I and Vice-President of Alpha Psi Omega. F R A N K BROWN—Although only a sophomore, Frank has already become a n important member of the Curtain Club. Besides working on the staging committees for two productions last year, he played the part of Commander Jellico in "Two Blind Mice." He is also co-leader of Group I I . Frank, who comes from Philadelphia, is secretary of Beta Sigma Lambda fraternity, treasurer of his class and a member of the Pfe-Medical Society. N A N B E R G M A N N — A junior from Camden, New Jersey, Nan is active in the Curtain Club and other campus organizations. She w a s featured in "The Philadelphia Story" and w a s student director of "Two Blind Mice." Her first role at Ursinus w a s in the one-act presentation of "Private Lives . " Nan has appeared twice in the Cultural Olympics in "The Flattering Word" a n d "Suppressed Desires." She is a cheer-leader and a member of Tau Sigma G a m m a sorority. Alpha Psi Omega and the Y Cabinet. THE STAGE MANAGER ARTHUR WILBY—Perhaps the least well-known to the viewers of tonight's performance is the stage manager. Art Wilby, a day student from Roxborough. " A r t " is a sophomore business major and a vet-eran of the Navy. His previous work in the Curtain Club consists of acting as lighting director for " T w o Blind Mice." Most of his stage ex-perience w a s gained in the Navy where he sang and participated in show work.
