Abstract

There are many different researches on the subject of organizational justice in management literature. In this specific research, with the usage of Organizational Justice Scale (N=466) the perception of organization justice according to marital status is surveyed. At the end of the study, it is proved that bachelors have a higher perception on organizational justice compared to married people
