Abstract
为了改善目前有机硅黏合剂的力学强度和黏合性能,以适应不断发展变化的工业应用新需求,设计制备了一种全新的功能性氧化石墨烯/SiO_2(GOS)复合填料,并制备了相应的GOS/室温硫化硅橡胶(RTV SR)复合材料。研究了GOS对硅橡胶复合材料力学性能的影响,并考查了硅橡胶复合材料对基材金属铝的黏合性能。首先采用正硅酸四乙酯和氧化石墨烯(graphene oxide,GO)为原料,用原位合成法将纳米SiO_2修饰到GO的片层上,制备了跨维度的新型功能填料GOS。然后在无溶剂条件下将GOS引入到硅橡胶基体中,经固化后制备了具有良好力学性能和黏合功能的硅橡胶复合材料。研究结果表明:在室温下即能实现SiO_2对GO的有效修饰,修饰后的GO更易于在硅橡胶中均匀分散,所得硅橡胶复合材料的力学强度和黏合性能均得到有效提升
