Abstract

Mitcham town centre is in need of regeneration because of its deteriorated state, which is causing a feeling of discontent in the community. In our project, sponsored by the Environmental Services Department of Merton Council, we used case studies, interviews, and questionnaires to propose a Partnership Board for the town centre.
