Abstract
Ako su položene bankovne garancije inozemne banke dovoljne za pokriće ukupnih tražbina za koje je određena privremena mjera zaustavljanja broda, sud će ukinuti tu privremenu mjeru ako su ispunjena dva uvjeta: a) da su te garancije raspoložive i prenosive u korist vjerovnika, i b) da država na čijem su području položene garancije postupa na jednak način prema garancijama položenima na području Republike Hrvatske.If the guaranties deposited by the bank are sufficient to cover the total amount of the claims for which the ship is arrested, the court shall set aside that arrest on two conditions: a) that these guaranties are available and transferable in favour of the creditor, and b) that the state in whose territory the guaranties were given trats guaranties deposited in the Republic of Croatia in the same way
